The name
Ad valorem: according to value
Ad valorem describes a charge calculated on value: not a flat amount per unit, but a percentage of what something is worth. Almost every tax a business meets works that way, from the VAT on your turnover to the corporate income tax on your profit.
It also says something about the approach. Value is not a fixed number: it depends on what sits inside the price, who supplies, and where the supply lands. Working that out is the job. And that job does not combine well with all-in-one service, so we do not offer it.
Who you speak to
Valorem is a small practice: you deal directly with the adviser who actually handles your file. No layer in between, no handing off to a junior who still has to learn your situation.

What we do not do
Note the nuance: we do handle income tax, corporate income tax and the annual accounts, but only as a fixed part of a monthly package, not as a stand-alone job and not for larger structures.
